Marcus Stewart

Marcus Stewart is the Managing Partner of Day4ward Capital.

Mr. Stewart was previously a Managing Director at Aldwych Capital Partners, and a co-manager of the Houston office. Prior to joining Aldwych, Mr. Stewart was the co-founder and partner at Ashton Stewart Capital, an advisory group with offices in Houston and Chicago.

Mr. Stewart’s almost 20 years of experience has included advisory, banking, and industry roles. He has held positions at DuPont, ExxonMobil and Deutsche Bank Securities; as well as several years in the energy consulting space, resulting in his extensive global commercial experience in energy advisory, oil and gas services, chemicals, and international M&A. Most notably, he has been involved in transactions throughout the energy & chemicals value chain with an aggregated
value of over $3 billion. He particularly brings valuable experience and insight in the evaluation and financing of oil and gas endeavors. He has, for example, been responsible for evaluating existing oil and gas assets, and overseeing the select divestment of oil and gas assets for ExxonMobil within the company’s upstream Acquisition & Divestment Group; including the utilization of Oil & Gas Clearinghouse's oil and gas auctioning process. His oil and gas valuation and transaction expertise has been developed both domestically and internationally, with an expertise in valuing assets under every type of fiscal regime; i.e. Concessions, PSC’s, including global natural gas, petrochemicals, and LNG industries.

Mr. Stewart received an M.B.A. from Stanford University, an M.S. in Mechanical Engineering from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology (MIT), and a B.S. in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Tennessee. Mr. Stewart also serves as a Lecturer at the University of Houston’s Bauer School of Business, where he teaches courses on Private Equity / Investment Banking, and Energy Valuations.

Ben Morris

Ben Morris is a Petroleum Engineer, and  is the head of Petroleum Engineering Operations, Inc. (POE), an independent consultancy founded in Denver, Colorado. As president and sole owner of POE, Ben has performed a full range of upstream hydrocarbon
production tasks in all of the U. S. major producing states and in six foreign countries. He has negotiated contracts on
exploration concessions. And has designed and installed systems to meet stringent Russian regulations using available
Russian equipment.

Mr. Morris’ experiences include time with Sun Oil Co., Webb Resources and Exeter Exploration in positions as Staff
Engineer, Senior Technical Engineer, Engineering Manager and Project Engineer. His background includes a broad
spectrum of experiences, including international and domestic experience in operations, design, budgeting, economics
and implementation of hydrocarbon asset development projects.

Mr. Morris particularly has extensive oil and gas experience in Louisiana and Texas. In Louisiana, for example, he
supervised open hole logging operations and conducted log analyses, in addition to performing production engineering
duties. He is additionally skilled at geological and geophysical mapping, land and lease management activities, reservoir
and reserve determinations as well as negotiations of operating agreements, both domestically and internationally. His
experiences further include ensuring compliance with all local, state and federal operating, legal and environmental
constraints and regulations.

Mr. Morris completed his BS degree in Mechanical Engineering at Lamar University; (also studied Petroleum
Engineering at Texas A&M).

Ahmed Elbiltagui

Ahmed Elbiltagui serves as an analyst with Day4ward Capital.

Prior to joining Day4ward Capital, Ahmed Elbiltagui worked at US Capital Advisors, an integerated financial services boutique that manages over $5billion in AUM based in Houston, Texas. He worked under their Equity research team which is focused on the Energy sector specfically Up Stream. In addition to this he also completed a Summer Internship with KPMG under their Corporate Finance (Advisory)  group which took place outside of the United States, where he got to work on an IPO deal. 

Mr. Elbiltagui's educational background includes Finance and Accounting at the University of Houston.
